Concentration: Lacking
Okay, so I’m having a lot of difficulty writing these papers. I can’t concentrate and have spent far more hours here at the library in the last two days than I have been productive with, unfortunately. There is very little to show for all my “hard work,” which in fact, is not hard work at all. It’s essentially sitting here at the computer doing research on various databases, printing things out once in awhile, and then trying (and usually failing) to get them read. What I’m doing now is reading a few sentences at a time and high-lighting anything I think might be important later, because I immediately forget what I read.
Basically… I can’t concentrate. Even though I really, really, really want to. Grr.
This has been the story of my life this quarter. Believe it or not… I got a B+… !! Horrible, I know! But what’s a girl to do? How do you rein in a mind that finds it more entertaining to go gallivanting about???
My life would be a lot better if someone could answer that for me.
Grrr.

Awww honey… *hug* Why don’t you take a break. Just breathe for a little while and turn on some relaxing music in the background. Might help you to regain your focus. Also some cool water…. good luck

I think I see someone letting her mind wander to various fields, valleys, forests, mountains, cliffs, oceans, beaches in other universes. Nothing wrong with it. Nothing.

Cmajor7 – I think you saw right. Although I was in the States before heading into the metaphysical (not other universes). Anyway, it’s going better today so far. But it has to. Paper due tomorrow!
