Oatmeal Raisin Scone

Mmm… my taste buds are still drunk with delight after sampling the dough from this delicious thing, which is currently browning itself to perfection in the oven…

Oatmeal Raisin Scone

2 c. flour

2 c. oats

1/4 c. sugar

3/4 c. brown sugar

1  1/2 t. baking powder

1/2 t. backing soda

1/2 t. cinnamon

1/2 t. nutmeg

Mix above ingredients together.

Add:  1  1/2 sticks melted butter, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. orange juice, 1 egg, 1 t. vanilla

Stir in 1/2 cup (or however much you want) raisins (or chocolate chips or whatever you want).

Bake in greased pie pan at 310 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour.

Yay!

do you only erase comments that are stupid , not grammatically correct, or is there some other criteria you use ?just curious cause tatheart2 seems to get erased a lot – if i were him i would wonder if you were mad at him or something? hey, is tatheart2 in the doghouse with you? i notice you don’t erase everything from him so maybe you don’t mind if he continues to comment-huh?

Yes, you could say you’re in the doghouse. BUT YOU SHOULD BE IN PRISON, BECAUSE YOU ARE A CYBER STALKER AND YOU REFUSE TO LEAVE ME ALONE. Do not EVER comment here again.
