Purpose of This Blog
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I write to discover, articulate, and solidify
what I think.
I think to discover, articulate, and solidify
who I am.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I also write things that really have no purpose at all. And for all you people in my life who know I don’t talk much, here’s a front row seat to some of what goes on in my brain. Really… it’s very exciting.

I love it! In fact, I wish I had written these things : ) I love my front row seat…although if I may do some bragging, I do think I’ve had the priviledge of private showings!!!
Keep them coming, it makes the distance easier to handle when I get to read something from your brain. In some ways, it feels more real to me than just hearing what you’re up to in your daily routine. I like to hear about the “inner-life.”
Much love.

Let’s me know that I’m not on my own.

I just stumbled across your blog and have been enjoying the front row seat to some of the inner workings of your brain.
I’m a quieter person by nature, too. I think my blog is a way for people who know me in “real life” to get to know me better –a glimps inside, at least.

” I write to discover, articulate, and solidify what I think.
I think to discover, articulate, and solidify who I am. ”
I like this quote. It resembles the reason and purpose I have created my own blog. Did you develop this one yourself (with other inspirations, I imagine) or find it somewhere? Either way, would you mind if I used it in my “about” page for my own blog?

Yes, this is my own quote. It was inspired by Elizabeth Gilbert who said (quoting someone else, but I’m not sure who), “I write to know what I think.”
And you may absolutely use it on your own blog. I wish you the best.

Hi. Just got to your blog by random wordpress. I like it. I like your seeking, your wanting to discover, to journey. My too. A little older, but still searching. http://truthandrocketscience.wordpress.com/ just my thoughts aout things. working on it bit by bit, trying to find a voice and hear some voices. I like your dialogue with Christianity, btw. I have my own. From Catholic to Episcopalean. Still seeking.

I‘m sure many of you are like me and one of the first things you do in the morning is head here and check out the new post. Along with seeing the new posts, I’m also always checking out the blog roll rss feed and watching them grow, or shrink sometimes. In one of my past …but all in all excellent site. Keep it up!
