Good Day/Bad Day

Made these lists as part of this Person-Centered Thinking training….

Good Day

~  Don’t get up before 7am

~  Feel prepared for the day

~  Haven’t dropped the ball on anything

~  Praise from my supervisor

~  Positive contact with supervisees

~  Get things work-related accomplished

~  Home before 6pm

Bad Day

~  Get up around 4am (have more to do than I feel I can handle in a “normal” day)

~  Don’t get paperwork done

~  Negative feedback from supervisor

~  Negative interactions with supervisees

~  Crisis’ all day AND I have to see clients

~  Don’t get home till 9pm or after

Communication Plan Re: Bad Days

~  When this is happening….

~  I do this…

~  It usually means….
