Ran a 5k this morning.

Avg. pace: 8:46

Calories burned: 348

Fitness:  Somewhere close to the worst shape of the last ten years for me, so the pace/time is to be expected.  Feelin’ okay about it.

Was reminded, though, that I like running and I’d like to do it a little bit more.  Maybe 3-4 times per week instead of 2-3 times.

Watched the video below today; the story isn’t so different from my own…  a marathon is still on my own radar too…
